Test/Development Server

TechSmith will allow the licensee of Camtasia Relay the ability to create and install a second environment of Camtasia Relay to be used as a Test/Development server. This system can be installed in the exact same manner as the production server, using the same software key. The limitation on the Test/Development server is that it will not be used for any live/production work. The primary purpose of this server is to test changes to your environment, application interfaces, or upgrade processes prior to making these changes on your production version. The Test/Development server is not to be used to supplement the capacity of your production system.

If you do not have a separate server for testing the software, you may use the same server that you are using for a trial as your live Camtasia Relay server after your trial concludes. Simply purchase the software and when you update your activation key with the new key provided, you'll already have Camtasia Relay up and running!

New Install

At this point you should have received an activation code from our Sales staff. You will need this code to activate your server and start using it. If you already have a working server that you used for the Trial and wish to use the same server for a production scenario, your new activation code can be used on that server and will unlock the full Camtasia Relay software.
