Camtasia Relay Tutorial:

Create a Publish Destination

Completed presentations should not be published (hosted) on the Camtasia Relay server. Instead, Camtasia Relay can publish presentations to many kinds of media servers

Camtasia Relay can publish presentations to many kinds of media servers including FTP servers, network drives (File system) iTunes U, and TechSmith’s media-hosting site, Screencast.com.

To Specify a Publish Destination

  1. Click Profiles > Publishing Destinations.
  2. Click the New Destination link. Select a publish destination from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter required information such as IP address, folder path, etc.
  4. Click Save.
  5. If you are supplying the username and password information for the publish destination, click Add default account and enter the requested information. For example, add a default account for an FTP server you don’t want users to know or supply the access credentials.
    Choose Use Presenter account in cases where presenters need to supply their username and password for publish destinations.
