Prerequisite Resources

During installation, if you are missing any prerequisites, you are prompted to install the missing item. The following is a list of the prerequisites for Camtasia Relay and some links to resources for you to learn more about each item.

Internet Information Services (IIS)

QuickTime

You need to install QuickTime 7.4.1 or greater to process presentations sent to the server from Mac OS users. Camtasia Relay does not ship with the QuickTime codec. If QuickTime version 7.4.1 (or later) is not detected, you will be prompted to download QuickTime. We recommend that you do not allow automatic updating of QuickTime.
