Camtasia Relay Tutorial:

Change Profile and Submit Presentation

If you use the Upload and Decide Later Profile or must authorize Guest Presenters, this topic is for you!

You receive an email in the event a presentation cannot be published. This often happens when:

  • You use the Upload and Decide Later Profile.
  • A Guest Presenter records on your behalf and you must authorize the presentation.
  • A profile is invalid. E.g. incorrect account information.

To change the profile and/or Submit the presentation:

  1. Sign in to the Camtasia Relay website. Problems are prominently displayed on the Home page.
    action necessary
  2. Click the presentation in question. Assign a Profile. (Upload and Decide Later is not a valid choice. If that is your only profile you need to contact your Camtasia Relay Administrator.)
    select Profile
  3. Click Submit. You can check the progress of your presentation by clicking the Presentations menu.
    encoding progress
