How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Most e-mail receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
Can I install my single copy of SnagIt/Camtasia Studio on both my laptop and desktop (or on my home computer and work computer)?
Yes, you may install your single license on both a desktop and laptop (or a home computer and work computer). As long as both are being utilized by the same user, and both computers are not in use at the same time, this is considered a valid concurrent use of SnagIt, which is described in detail under your license agreement.
