Using All-in-One Capture

All-in-One Capture® provides the flexibility to capture the entire screen, a window, an area of the screen, or a scrolling region (image only) all from a single capture option.

Access the All-in-One Capture Options:

Complete one of the following to select All-in-One Capture:

  • From OneClick: Click the Image Capture or Video Capture buttons.
    All-in-One Image and Video Capture buttons
  • From the classic capture window: Select the Image or Video profile. In the Profile Settings, select the All-in-One Capture Type.

  • Press the All-in-One Image or Video capture hotkey (if a hotkey was previously assigned).

Capture a Region:

  1. Click the Capture button.

  2. The orange crosshairs appear. Click and drag to select the desired area. Use the magnifier for pixel perfect accuracy.

Capture a Window:

  1. Click the Capture button.

  2. The orange crosshairs appear. Move the cursor over the window to capture.
  3. An orange dashed border appears around the window. Click to select the window.

Capture a Scrolling Area:

  1. Click the Capture button.

  2. The orange crosshairs appear. Move the cursor over the window to capture. Click an arrow to take a capture of the horizontal scrolling area, vertical scrolling area, or the entire scrolling area.

You can also use a hotkey to select the scrolling area:

  • Press H to scroll horizontally.
  • Press V to scroll vertically.
  • Press B to scroll the entire area.

    Capture the Entire Screen:

    1. Click the Capture button.

    2. The orange crosshairs appear. Move the cursor until an orange border appears around the entire screen. Dragging the cursor to the top or side of the screen is usually the best way to highlight the entire screen.
    3. Click to select the highlighted area.
