AirDrop from an iPhone or iPad (Mac only)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AirDrop photos, screenshots, or videos from the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad to Snagit on your Mac computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Ensure your iPhone or iPad and computer both have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on and are on the same network.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In Snagit, enable the AirDrop option. Select Snagit menu > Settings > Capture tab<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enable the Open AirDrop images and videos in Snagit<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad, tap to select an image or video.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Tap the \"Share Share<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Tap AirDrop<\/strong>.

  7. In the Other Devices list, tap your computer name or serial number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. In the Finder app on your computer, open AirDrop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. In the alert that someone would like to share a photo or video, tap Save to Downloads<\/strong>.

    Import with Continuity Camera (Mac only)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you have Apple’s Continuity Camera<\/a> set up to use your iPhone or iPad as a webcam for your Mac computer, you can take and import photos directly into to Snagit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Set up Continuity Camera for your mobile device and Mac computer. See Apple’s article Use your iPhone as a webcam on Mac<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In Snagit, select Image > Import from iPhone<\/strong> or Import from iPad<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Take a photo with the Camera app on your mobile device.
      The photo opens in Snagit Editor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Connect Snagit with TechSmith Fuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
