The Properties panel shows the available options to customize media<\/a>, annotations<\/a>, behaviors<\/a>, effects<\/a>, and assets<\/a> on the timeline or canvas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option<\/th>Edit Properties<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Open Properties
<\/strong>(media, annotations, behaviors, or effects)<\/td>
  1. Click to select media on the timeline.
    For effects and behaviors, click the Show Effects<\/strong> tray icon on the media and click the effect or behavior.

  2. Click the Properties<\/strong> button.

Edit Quick Properties for Assets
<\/strong>Edit properties such as titles, logos, colors, text, and more for assets.<\/td>
  1. Click to select asset on timeline.<\/li>
  2. Click the Properties<\/strong> button.

  3. On the Quick Properties tab, edit the desired properties.

View Effect Properties
<\/strong>If multiple effects are added to media, you may have to scroll to view all the properties available.

  2. Click the Properties<\/strong> button.

  3. Drag the scroll bar in the Properties panel.

Reset to Default Settings<\/strong><\/td>Click the \"Reset button in the properties. <\/td><\/tr>
Preview Effects<\/strong>
Turn an effect, transition, or behavior on\/off. Disabled effects are not applied in the preview or exported video.<\/td>
  1. Click to select media on timeline.
    For effects or behaviors, click the Show Effects<\/strong> tray icon on the media. Click to select the effect or behavior.\"click<\/li>
  2. Click the Properties<\/strong> button.

  3. Click the Enable\/Disable<\/strong> button to turn the effect on or off.

Delete
<\/strong>Remove the applied effect, animation, or behavior from media on the timeline.<\/td>		Click the \"Delete button in the properties.

To undo the delete:
  • Press Ctrl+Z<\/strong> (Windows) or Command+Z<\/strong> (Mac).<\/li>
  • Select Edit > Undo<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
Add a Preset
<\/strong>Save annotations, behaviors, and effects.<\/td>
  1. Click an enhancement tab such as the Annotations tab > Callouts subtab<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Drag an enhancement onto the canvas or media on the timeline. <\/li>
  3. In the properties, customize the enhancement as desired.

  4. Click the \"Add to save the custom enhancement properties as a new preset.<\/li><\/ol>
