Record camera:<\/strong> Click to toggle camera on or off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C. Show camera preview:<\/strong> Click to open a preview of the camera. Click the <strong>X<\/strong> in the top-right corner to close the preview. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D. Recordings with higher frame rates display more smoothly but also result in larger file size.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Record to<\/td><td>Select <strong>TSC2<\/strong> or <strong>H.264<\/strong> video coding format. See <a href=\"#h-set-up-the-recording\">Set Up the Recording<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Record<\/strong> button.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the <strong>Start recording paused<\/strong> option is not selected, recording begins immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the <strong>Start recording paused<\/strong> option is selected, the Camtasia Recording Paused window appears. Speak to test your audio and slide the Microphone setting to adjust volume as needed.
