Continue with <a href=\"#add-to-folder\">Add Media to a Folder or Collection<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"subfolder\">Add a Subfolder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Library, complete one of the following options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" class=\"wp-image-224563\" style=\"width: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/moreoptionsblackicon-3.png\" alt=\"more options black icon\"> icon next to the desired folder and select <strong>Create Subfolder<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With a folder selected, click the + icon next to My Library. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a subfolder name and click <strong>Create<\/strong>. <br>The subfolder is added to your Screencast Library. Continue with <a href=\"#add-to-folder\">Add Media to a Folder or Collection<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"add-to-folder\">Add Media to a Folder or Collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"tip tip-screencast\">\n\t<p>Tip: Folders vs. Collections<\/p>\n\t<p>Folders are for organizing media in your Screencast Library. Collections are for sharing sets of media with your team or others. To learn about the benefits of collections and how to manage them, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/tutorials\/screencast\/screencast-collections\/\">Share in Collections<\/a>.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Library, click the checkboxes to select the desired media. <br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"264\" height=\"291\" class=\"wp-image-220745\" style=\"width: 264px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/mediacheckbox-1.png\" alt=\"media checkbox\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/mediacheckbox-1.png 528w, https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/mediacheckbox-1-272x300.png 272w, https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/mediacheckbox-1-150x165.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 264px) 100vw, 264px\" \/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete one of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To add to a folder or subfolder, click the <strong>Move<\/strong> button and select a location from the dropdown. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To add to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/tutorials\/screencast\/screencast-collections\/\">collection<\/a>, click the <strong>Share to Collection<\/strong> button and select a collection from the dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Move<\/strong> (for folders) or <strong>Submit<\/strong> (for collections) button.<br>Screencast adds the media to the selected folder or collection. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sort\">Sort Media<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To set the order of your content in your Screencast Library, click the <strong>Sort<\/strong> dropdown in the Media section. <br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"143\" class=\"wp-image-220738\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/sortdropdown.png\" alt=\"Sort dropdown\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/sortdropdown.png 228w, https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/sortdropdown-150x143.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To view videos that count toward the limit for your Screencast tier, in your library click <strong>Videos<\/strong> and check the <strong>Show video usage<\/strong> checkbox.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"328\" height=\"85\" class=\"wp-image-251945\" style=\"width: 328px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/sc2023-show-video-usage.png\" alt=\"Show video usage checkbox\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/sc2023-show-video-usage.png 328w, https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/sc2023-show-video-usage-300x78.png 300w, https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/learn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/sc2023-show-video-usage-150x39.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you reach the limit or are getting close to the limit, <a href=\"#delete\">delete media<\/a> or upgrade to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/screencast.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Screencast Pro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"replace\">Replace Media<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Upload a new file when you have an update or fix to existing media in your Screencast Library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the Library tab, click to open the media. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>More &gt; Replace Media<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Upload New Media<\/strong> dialog appears. Drag a file onto the dialog or click <strong>browse for file<\/strong>. A warning appears for you to confirm this action. Learn about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/screencast.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Screencast pro tiers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Library, click to select the media. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Edit Details<\/strong> button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Edit Details dialog appears. Edit any of the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Title:<\/strong> Screencast automatically creates a title based on the file name, capture date, or captured website, file, or app name. Click to enter a new title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> Add a description to provide more information such as a summary of the content or links to other resources. Click to enter a description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chapters (video only):<\/strong> Add a table of contents to highlight important sections in your video and allow users to jump to the content most relevant to them.
