Desktop Recorders

To run TechSmith Capture or the TechSmith Knowmia Classic Recorder, use a machine with the following minimum requirements:

Windows 10
Media Feature Pack required for N versions of Windows 10
In most cases, video recording requires a microphone. An external microphone is recommended.
5 GB of free drive space per recording hour
Camera video recording requires a USB web camera or internal web camera. Digital video (DV) cameras and capture cards are not supported.

Microsoft Windows 7 [32-bit or 64-bit], Windows 8, or Windows 10
