Audio is edited just like video clips on the timeline. Click and drag to move a clip, or use the cut, trim, split, copy and paste features to get things just way you like them.
Select the audio clip, then click and drag the green line up or down to adjust the volume of a clip.
Each clip’s audio can be adjusted individually.
Audio points allow you to change the volume of a portion of a clip. For example, to fade a music track in or out.
Double click on the audio line to add an Audio Point where the fade should begin and one where it should end. Then move one of the points up or down to create an audio fade effect
Sometimes you may want to remove audio from a screen recording or another video clip.
Right click on the video clip and select “Separate Audio and Video.”
Camtasia’s Audio Effects help you quickly add audio points, create fade effects, and make other common changes to audio clips.
Choose the Audio Effects tab and drag an effect to a video or audio clip. Then, use the options in the Audio Properties panel to adjust the effect.
