APAC Channel Manager
Position Overview: The APAC Channel Manager is responsible for maintaining a strong channel in the APAC region. Developing the channel involves activities ranging from partner recruitment and retention to marketing activities to drive awareness. A successful channel needs to be aligned with our company goals, including sales growth and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Constantly evaluate channel partners to ensure infrastructure matches company strategy
- Recruiting new partners
- Tracking and evaluating current partner's performance
- Focal point for communication - work with distribution and reseller partners on TechSmith news and product offerings
- Engage APAC channel in annual marketing plans and training
- Visit key partners as needed, up to a few times per year

Advertising / Search Specialist
Objective: The Advertising Specialists is a member of the fast paced Marketing team. The primary objective of this position is to effectively translate tactics set forth by the Product Marketing Manager into both online product advertising as well as unique search terms utilizing Google, Yahoo, and MSN search programs. The advertising specialist will also help other forms of TechSmith advertising such as Tradeshow program ads or pre and post show mailers. Analysis and performance measurement is done on a daily basis to insure optimum advertising and search performance.
Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend ad placement opportunities that support word of mouth, the greatest ROI opportunity, past performance, and an integrated approach with other marketing activities.
- Create and maintain product specific monthly advertising plans.
- Monitor ad performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
- Manage SEM activities on a daily basis, including ad optimization, bid management and competitive analysis. This includes SEM on Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines.

Associate Product Manager
Activities: Work with Product Managers on defining product strategy. You will need to understand both the technical and marketing sides of the product and be able to convey them to others. Business Development Manager
Activities: TechSmith is developing an enterprise-class product that represents a
new frontier for the company. The Business Development Manager will be
responsible for recommending and implementing a sales strategy for this
new product. The BDM will work closely with Product Management,

Information Technology Specialist
TechSmith Corporation is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to help support, maintain, and expand its Windows based computer network.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Helping support a network of 450+ computers & 70+ servers
- Configuring & supporting client machines
- Implementing & training users on the use of new systems and software
- Primary responsibility for answering user helpdesk tickets.
- 24-hour on-call responsibilities are required.
Skills & Background:

Product Marketing Manager
Objectives: The Product Marketing Manager is a member of the fast paced Marketing team. The primary objective of this position is to translate product positioning statements and value propositions into actionable tactics that drive sales leads and product downloads or trials. The PMM manages and develops product marketing strategy that is expressed in the creation of a marketing communication plan (MCP). The PMM is also the Marketing representative on product business teams. This position will communicate with the business team product marketing strategy and in turn bring business team actions back to the marketing department. The PMM assess the success and effectiveness of the MCP process and applies continuous improvement methods to help the effectiveness of product marketing and the MCP process.

Public Relations Associate
Staff Relationship: Reports to Global Corporate Communications Manager
Primary Objective: Helps set up, design, and perform day-to-day tasks associated with the execution of TechSmith global public relations activities. Must work with a team, but be able to perform work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Cover a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

What you need to qualify for this position:
- At least 5 years experience in web design, developing web site architecture, HTML, Javascript and CSS
