Customer Engagement Intern

Position Overview:

Assist the Customer Engagement department in analyzing, designing, and developing training for users of TechSmith software. Work closely with technical writers, instructional designers, and the manager of Customer Engagement on a wide variety of projects such as the creation of video tutorials, researching information, and helping develop materials that will reach a wide-audience.

Required Skills and Background:
  • Experience using visual products (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, iMovie, Premier, etc)
  • Ability to communicate effectively through writing and visual design

Position Overview:

TechSmith Corporation’s Customer Service Interns are responsible for handling in-bound customer service phone calls and e-mail in a fast-paced environment. Public Relations Associate

Position Overview:

The TechSmith Public Relations Associate: Helps set up, design, and perform day-to-day tasks associated with the execution of TechSmith public relations activities. Must work with a team, but be able to perform work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage public relations activities of TechSmith and its partner PR agencies
  • Manage media relations and stakeholder communications strategies
