Customer Engagement Intern

Assist the Customer Engagement department in analyzing, designing, and developing training for users of TechSmith software. Work closely with technical writers, instructional designers, and the manager of Customer Engagement on a wide variety of projects such as the creation of video tutorials, researching information, and helping develop materials that will reach a wide-audience. Required Skills and Background:
- Experience using visual products (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, iMovie, Premier, etc)

Customer Service Intern

Public Relations Associate

Takes day to day direction from global PR manager Position Overview:
The TechSmith Public Relations Associate: Helps set up, design, and perform day-to-day tasks associated with the execution of TechSmith public relations activities. Must work with a team, but be able to perform work independently. Responsibilities:

- Manage media relations and stakeholder communications strategies
