If we contact you for a phone screen, be prepared to tell us more about your experience, background and interests, and what encouraged you to apply for the open position.
If you are invited for an interview, you will meet with a representative from HR and a few members of the TechSmith team. This could include the hiring manager, team members, and/or executives.
If you’re invited back for a second interview, you will spend most of the day with us. You will meet with several people throughout the company, and we'll show you around our offices.
We will contact you and inform you of our decision either way.
