How to record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

TechSmith’s iPhone screen recorder lets you record your screen without jailbreak.

Step 1:

Enable screen recording on your iOS device

Start recording by opening the Settings app on your device
Choose Control Center > Customize Controls
Scroll down and click the plus sign next to Screen Recording

Step 2:

Set up your screen recorder

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and press the screen recording button.
Then select TechSmith Capture.
Tap the Microphone Audio button if you would like to record audio.

Step 3:

Record your screen

Tap Start Broadcast when you’re ready to start the recording. Close the Control Center and walk through the process you want to record.
When you want to stop recording, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the Screen Recording button, or tap the red status bar at the top of the screen to instantly stop recording.
Finally, your recording is saved and ready to share.
