Doug Brunner

Doug leads Customer Education at TechSmith, where he helps customers succeed through scalable learning programs, including tutorials, webinars, knowledge bases, certifications, and localization initiatives. A former global educator with a master’s in educational technology, Doug brings a learner-centered approach to team leadership, program strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, music, and time with family and friends.
