Customize the ExpressShow About Box

ExpressShow About Box examples

  1. Choose the Produce video as option in the Task List.

  2. Choose the Custom production settings option.

  3. Choose SWF/FLV.
  4. On the Flash Templates screen, choose an ExpressShow Flash template from the Template dropdown list.

  5. Click the Flash Options button.
  6. The Flash Options dialog box appears. On the Controls tab, check the Show About Box option.
  7. Click the Options button to customize the About Box options.

To preview the About box, set the About Box options from the About Box dialog box. Click the Preview dropdown on the Flash Templates screen and choose Preview Current Settings. A 30 second preview of the Production Settings appears.

Customize the Start and End Screens in TechSmith ExpressShow

Customize the ExpressShow Flash template by adding text and/or graphics to the start and end screens for the final video production. Use company logos, information about the recording, etc.

To customize the start and end screens

  1. Choose the Produce video as option in the Task List.

  2. Choose the Custom production settings option.

  3. Choose SWF/FLV.
  4. On the Flash Templates screen, choose an ExpressShow Flash template from the Template dropdown list.

  5. Click the Flash Options button.
  6. The Flash Options dialog box appears. On the Controls tab, enter text or select an image for the Start and End Screens and click OK.

Use the sample images

Camtasia Studio provides sample images for you to use as an example of how to customize your ExpressShow production. The start and end screen examples below use the Camtasia Studio sample images.

To use the images in an ExpressShow production, choose Camtasia Studio sample from the Start screen icon or the End screen icon dropdown list.
